Service Description

We spend 75 minutes together analyzing every detail of your health history and take a deep dive to uncover potential root causes. I want to hear your story, experiences, your symptoms, preferences, what you've tried or haven't tried yet, what worked and what didn’t, we'll look at the lab work you had done, my goal is to learn everything about your lifestyle, nutrition, biggest pain points etc. Next, I outline a course of action. This session opens a dialogue so we can begin building a plan to support your optimal health going forward.
